Wide Compatibility: The R3 rotary roller is compatible with 95% of the engraving machines on the market, including ATOMSTACK, NEJE, Ortur, Twotrees, and more. This allows for seamless integration with your engraving system.
Strong Friction: The R3 rotary roller features a one-piece, thickened rubber roller with a hardness of up to 70A, providing stronger friction and a more stable engraving process. The special texture on the rubber surface further increases the friction force, ensuring the engraved cylinder rotates synchronously with the motor.
Overall Optimization: The R3 Y-axis rotary roller adopts an all-metal sealed design, ensuring safety and stability. It requires no installation or adjustment, making it ready to use right out of the box. The concentric design and adjustment-free timing belt provide a seamless experience. The closed design keeps the motor unexposed, enhancing safety, and the roller protruding design allows for unlimited length of engraved objects.
8-level Adjustable Width: The diameter of the R3 rotary roller can be adjusted across 8 different levels, with the engraving diameter ranging from as small as 4mm up to 100mm. This versatility allows you to handle a wide variety of objects, from large cans to small pens, and achieve 360-degree rotation engraving.
4 Raised Foot Pads Included: The package includes 4 raised feet to facilitate raising the laser engraving machine, ensuring the height of the laser head is sufficient to engrave on cans, wine glasses, pens, wooden boards, and other cylindrical objects on the rotating shaft.
