The Twotrees TTS55 Pro Laser Engraver is a powerful tool that offers advanced laser technology and versatile functionality. Compared to its predecessor, the TTS-25, the TTS55 Pro boasts several key differences in its laser module.
The TTS-25 features a 2.5W laser module, with a machine output power of 20W, making it suitable primarily for engraving on materials such as wood, plywood, paper, kraft paper, leather, and MDF. In contrast, the TTS55 Pro is equipped with a 5.5W laser module (with a compressed spot) and a 40W machine output power, allowing it to not only engrave but also cut through materials. The TTS55 Pro's laser can engrave stainless steel, cobblestone, and painted metal, and it can cut up to 5mm plywood, 3mm acrylic boards, and 0.7mm leather.
The assembly process for both machines is straightforward, with 60% of the components pre-assembled. Users can follow the instructions on the product page or the assembly video to complete the setup.
Both the TTS-25 and TTS55 Pro feature a powerful 32-bit motherboard, which allows for various upgrades such as a vibration switch, flame sensor, air assist system, limit switch, and screen operation. The machine can operate continuously for up to 24 hours and is compatible with various file formats, including NC, DXF, BMP, JPG, PNG, and G-CODE.
In addition to the standard 300x300mm working area, Twotrees offers expansion kits that can increase the engraving area to 420x400mm or 600x600mm, allowing users to tackle larger projects.
